In brief: See a doctor

Two weeks of sudden voice loss that has no cause and fails to improve with voice rest and hydration requires an exam of the throat.
Make an appointment to see an ENT as we are the only specialists trained to properly examine and treat the larynx.

In brief: Reflux

This could be caused by many things.
However reflux, or your stomach burping acid up to your voice box, can cause this. Try not to eat 3 hours prior to sleeping. Watch the volume of food you eat and talk with your doctor about some medications that may help you.
