Have continuous pulse in my eyes since a year. As per doc pressure is 21. Which is fine. Dont know how to get back to normal. Please help?

Injury? Is there an old head injury? Depending on how severe the pulsing is, you may need an MRI of your head to look for abnormal blood vessel(s) behind the eye that could be causing this pulse pressure.
Corneal thickness. It is important to know your corneal thickness. Eye pressure read with the standard goldman tonometer, is dependent on corneal thickness. But, I have never seen a patient that could feel a pulse in the eye, that had elevated pressures?
