I am on a carb free diet per order of doctor. Milk is on the list of do not eat. Is almond milk also on the do not eat?

Almond Milk. Almond milk does contain a limited amount of carbohydrates but is considered a good alternative to milk. If you use almond milk you can obtain without sugar added. Check with your doctor as it is unlikely you can have a healthy diet without carbs, he or she may have meant simple carbs rather than complex carbohydrates like broccoli and other vegetables. Almond milk. Unsweetened almond milk is just fine. But, you have to avoid the sweetened (sugar added) almond milk.
