In brief: Yes you can

CBC typically remains normal unless the bone marrow is heavily involved by multiple myeloma.
Please check what the cause of your monoclonal gammopathy if it is not mgus?

In brief: Yes

Monoclonal proteins are made by plasma cells, usually in the bone marrow, and most people with monoclonal gammopathy have normal total and diffential WBC counts.
