After sex if I was douftfull and I went for HIV test after 1 month, 3 months and after 6 months 10 days -all were non reactive (negative) am I safe?

You are safe. If antibody test is persistently negative, you are most likely safe. In very early period after transmission, antibody test can be negative but if it is persistently negative even at 6 months 10 days, odds of HIV are very very low.
Hiv. Hiv- elisa will be negative for first six months after exposure. Therefore, checking 'hiv-pcr viral load' will be the correct option for you, to clear doubt with certainty. Good luck !
