In brief: No

The regular urine test doesn't.
It is also my understanding that you need to sign a personal authorization to do such a screening test or it would be illegal/unethical.

In brief: No

The usual urine test is for color, ph, cells, presence of blood, glucose, protein, etc.
Detecting marijuana would require a urine drug screen. Different test entirely.

In brief: Different

Each clinic, hospital, or doctors office has their own set of standards.
Discuss their standards with them to find out what their standard protocol is.
