In brief: Foot swelling

Lower extremity swelling not unusual after saphenous vein harvesting.
May need support hose, get wound checked to be sure no infection.

Also a function of heart failure. Talk to your cardiologist. Better heart function will give you better leg size. Keep a close eye on your diuretic medicine.

In brief: Bypass

With vein harvesting edema is common.
But always report any concern to your surgeon.

Was that the leg that the grafts were taken from? Call you surgeon and report it.
