Could knees popping out of joint, post bilateral partial knee replacements for grade 4 patella chondromalacia in feb, cause a torn meniscus?

In brief: Depends

If your kneecap is popping in and out, this is a problem with the surgery and likely will not cause a meniscus tear. But if your knee itself is subluxating/popping out (rare), this certainly could cause a meniscus tear.

In brief: Refer to answer

Yes it can do popping, but does not causes torn meniscus.
You patella may not be aligned. What ever contributed to you arthritis is causing spontaneous torn meniscus without trauma. See your pcp have the following tests done:cbc diff esr, RA ana, crp, uric acid TSH and hba1c. Stay away from all gmo food.
