I'm having a hard time waking up, is there any tips or tricks? Literally getting out of bed, not just being drowsy.

Sleep disorder. Assuming all labwork including thyroid tests are normal, and you are sleeping 8 hours/night with good sleep hygiene, this could be a sleep disorder. Ask you primary physician to refer you for a sleep study and follow up with the sleep specialist for treatment.
