In brief: Work hard

Losing weight is a major challenge.
You can limit your calories (all diets do this despite variations -the problem is sticking to them), increase your exercise - join a gym, walk 3-6 miles per day, walk up stairs instead of using elevators. Dietary alteration including elimination of high caloric stuff (don't buy them so they are not handy in your kitchen). Good luck.

In brief: Try fasting

consult your doctor first and consider fasting which is safe option as long as a medical provider is watching you closely.
It can be intermittent fasting ideally if you can find more about it.speak to a dietician or health coach maybe which might be a better option

In brief: Re-think food

You must learn to look at a bowl of green beans or an apple and think how wonderful, delicious, fresh, natural, healthy, pure, and tasty.
You must un-learn the brainwashing of major media and learn to look at a cheeseburger, pizza, fries, chips and see oil, grease, sickness, lard, lard, fat, unhealthy, cholesterol, death, unhappy. In short, eat healthy, change mindset....And exercise some also.
