I'm tired of being depressed and feeling anxious and panicky. Any advice?

For depression and anxiety: practice relaxation, mediation, guided imagery (you can google it); keep a diary of the events when you happen to be anxious/depressed: what happened; thoughts you had; what helped;where did it feel in your body; establish small achievable goals.
