In brief: Antibiotics/cranberr
Best to find out if there is any treatable cause for your utis.
R u drinking enough? Nightly Macrodantin (nitrofurantoin) can prevent recurring bladder infections. Some people find that cranberry juice or cranberry capsules can help to prevent them.

As Dr. Klauber mentioned cranberry extract capsules can be helpful for prevention. One can also try cranberry extract capsules with D-Mannose included. The cranberry helps keep bacteria from adhering to the bladder wall and the D-Mannose is a sugar that attracts the bacteria so it can be excreted in the urine without allowing time for it to hang around in the bladder and cause infection.
