Is there a cure for Parkinson's disease?

Currently no cure. There are active research projects being done to find the cure for parkinson, but currently no available cure. We only have treatments--basically treating the symptoms and slow down the progression of disease, as well as treating its complications...Neurologic/cardiovascular issues, musculoskeletal problems, depression etc.... If it is a a burdensome illness. My best regards....
