In brief: Not a cure
No, there are treatments and some work well to reduce the chronic pain.
However, there is no cure for chronic pain. That said, if a reversible cause were found for a chronic pain, then that particular pain could be eliminated.

In brief: Managed not cured
Most chronic pain is not curable, since it implies failure of cures in past.
The treatment goal is maximum quality of life...Full activities, good sleep, etc. Most people who participate fully in treatment with reasonable expectations, including treating psychiatric problems, get a big boost in quality of life. Keep in mind many pro athletes have chronic pain.

In brief: Yes...
It depends on what's causing the pain.
The cause needs to be found to choose the best therapy. There are many treatments, including neural therapy, neurological integration, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, neurotransmitter therapy, etc.

In brief: It depends
Chronic pain is a pain lasting more than 6 months.
Whether or not it is curable would depend on the cause - walking around with an infected tooth? Fix it, and the pain would likely be cured. Some kinds of pains are harder to diagnose and treat.

In brief: Generally, no.
Most patients with chronic pain are similar to other patients with chronic illnesses.
They may do well with lifelong care and treatment, but there is no cure, in the sense that the cause of the pain is determined and eliminated. If the pain is caused by a specific structural trauma, such as a herniated disc, then surgery may indeed "cure" the pain.
