Drink two glasses of water before every meal. Helps to fill stomach and thus reduce calorie intake.

In brief: Not exactly

Obesity is caused by many things including lifestyle, drugs, genetic, environment.
..Anyone who was obesed can get obesed again if they don't follow good maintenance therapy. As such, there is no cure of obesity, but you can control it.

In brief: Obese not a verb

Sorry, but i believe another way of thinking about weight issues is the 70/30 theory.
I believe we are only under control of about 30% of our eating decisions.Just as i believe that asthma and hyspertension are treatable by by 30% lifestyle changes. We do not expect patients to do without appropriate "medications" to treat their hypertension;and when they stop their meds we label them noncompliant.

In brief: Obesity

A difficult one to overcome.
I have found for myself low gycemic diet and exercise are good foundations. I personally do think certain supplements are helpful. I like glyconutrients. The is also a Tru Health program I like. Check out the link below. http://mtex.it/d7iq1obg

In fat folk, our normal hormonal regulation of appetities is broke/gone and never coming back. We eat on the basis of triggers (sloth, wrath, pride/habit, https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1775472781/devils-diet details this and gives ways to overcome it.

In brief: Yes!

You must aggressively change your lifestyle.
Mobile Health games can help. Physicians recommend water, increased veggie intake and walking 10k steps a day. Changing your behavior is HARD! Here is a health game that will help! Commit to tracking your nutrition and weighing in weekly. Losing just 10 pounds can reverse diabetic state. https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/personal-medicine+/id846379884?m

In brief: Cure of obesity.

The cure for obesity is to lose weight.
Granted that's easier said than done, but that's the cure for the individual. A societal cure would be harder to come by.

In brief: Absolutely >Strategy

All living creatures are open systems: i.
e. all atoms we are made of keep changing, some rapid/some slow. Thus if we eat & store less than loose daily, wt. will go down. Calories: zero wt.; thus counting largely pointless. Track Wt. daily to 0.1 lb., after up&toilet, & review what eaten previous day to learn what works. Carbs/sugar most prone to store as fat. Fats (of natural origin) least stored!
