In brief: Fumes only?

If it was just fumes, supportive care is all you need.
Fluids and ibuprofen. If the liquid actually came in contact with your eyes and/or throat, a chemical burn to the mucous membrane of a severe nature could occur.

In brief: Avoid Bleach

You should be fine, with time.
As long as you can breathe comfortably and speak in a full sentence i would just wait and let the tissue heal. There are safer cleaning products. Please be careful.
