Incidence about 1:50000, patients are thyroid hormone resistant and thyroid hormone level is high, TSH is not low no hypo or hyperthyroidism , presents with goiter and fast heart rate it is due to mutation of thrb gene of the thyroid hormone receptor no thyroid hormone treatment is indicated.
