In brief: Penile discharge

Penile discharge is always abnormal, and almost always represents an acute, highly contagious infection.
This should be check promptly. It is unlikely that fatigue is related to the discharge. Fatigue is a common symptom usually related to stress, poor sleep, illness or chronic illness, or depression. If it lasts longer than 2 months or interferes with your daily life, see a doctor.
