I have a problem not making it to the bathroom without drizzling so to speak. Is this incontinence, or what do you think it might be?
Incontinence. There are many types of incontinence....Stress, overflow, etc you should research which type you might have to see if a medication or if bladder (kegel) strengthening exercises would be best. Also check with your doctor. Cut the caffeine...No liquids 3 hrs before bedtime. Could also be a med u r already on.
Most likely. What you are describing, an unwanted loss of urine, does sound like incontinence. A big question, though, is what is causing it. This could be anything from a bladder infection to a weak controller muscle, to another nerve or bladder problem. I would see your health care provider to get this one checked out.
