In brief: Homocysteine & B's

Homocysteine elevations have been linked to anger attacks and depression, separately.
http://tinyurl.com/ngfmnxd b vitamins like b12, b6, & methylfolate are important in the body's use of the Amino Acid methionine to make dna, neurotransmitters, and many other important products. If b vitamins are deficient, homocysteine [an intermediary in this process] can build up & cause health problems.

In brief: No one vitamin.

I don't think that one vitamin deficiency would cause anger problems.
If someone has significant problems related to anger then medical and psychological evaluation may be prudent.
