In brief: Psychiatrist
Any psychosis is potentially dangerous to the individual and those around him/her. Get to a mental health provider for psychotherapy (and possibly medication) as soon as possible.

In brief: Drugs and counseling
The treatments of choice typically are anti-psychotic medications and lithium, and often in combination with an antidepressant.
You should not be breast feeding while on these medications, and you should seek psychotherapy afterwards. Having more support from the dad can't hurt either!
