What's a good way to cure congestion and sinus headache?

Vicks. The best treatments are nasal decongestants, mucolytics, tylenol (acetaminophen) or motrin. One thing that I do when i get sinus pressure headaches is to rub Vicks on my forehead. Give it a try! it works for me. If these don't help then it would be good to get checked out.
See below. Important interventions include a nettie pot, decongestants, antibiotics if indicated.
