How long does it take for wisdom teeth extraction holes to heal? How long do I have to irrigate them? They were stitched.

In brief: Depends

It depends on what was required to remove the teeth.
Everyone heals differently. The average is a couple of weeks for the skin to grow over the hole. It will take 3 months for the bone to grow back. Hope that helps.

In brief: 4 weeks :)

It takes 3 days to determine if there is an infection or dry socket.
After that the granulation tissue should fill the socket with epithelial migration down the socket wall approximately 1mm per day. Soft tissue heals at about 2 weeks clinically but established crosslink at 4 weeks. The hole then will continue to remodel and replace by bone about 4 to 6 months.
