In brief: Facial flush. Acne

Try reducing the heat in your shower water. The redness in your cheeks can be reduced longterm with a treatment like ipl (intense pulsed light) or nd:yag laser.
The most effective treatment for you can be determined after consultation with a facial cosmetic surgeon or dermatologist.

reduct hot water and IPL.. combined with reducted sun exposure and sun block will help.. however. anyone who tells you he can cure rosacea is not being truthful.. all you can do is increase the disease free interval!

In brief: Avoid hot showers

Anything that causes the facial vessels to dilate and particularly heat or abrasive cleansers are likely to cause increased redness.
