In brief: Probably not

Although Lidocaine is a vasodilator, there is no clinical evidence of any drug interactions or special precautions needed.
However, if during the injection, some of the anesthetic were to be introduced directly into a blood vessel, the Epinephrine could cause a minor and short acting increase in heart rate.

Bystolic will protect you from the epinephrine. But in general, epinephrine should be avoided in patients with heart disease.
