In brief: Something else

It is possible that your baby is teething, but this is one the young side.
Signs of teething would be drooling and a bump on the gum tissue and some crankiness but typically not severe pain. Call the pediatrician asap. They can help you.

In brief: About 6 months

However some children have teeth present at birth, others don't get teeth till after 1st b'day.
Why not ask your pediatrician, or a pediatric dental specialist, to take a look and advise you.

In brief: 6 months is the norm

Most babies will begin to erupt teeth at the 6 month mark, however there are cases where the infant will be delivered with erupted teeth.
These cases are rare but possible. Concerns would be if the teeth are mobile and the possibility of aspiration and of course breast feeding could be difficult.
