None. In my experience, compression socks do little for plantar fasciitis. Heel pain comes from strain and inflammation of the plantar fascia ligament. This is best addressed by supportive shoes/sneakers, possibly combined with a custom foot insert (made by a podiatrist, not walmart). Antiinflammatories, icing and gentle stretching also help.
