At 20 weeks pregnant, w/hx of 2 miscarriages. Is it safe to fly in a non-pressurized airplane for 45min, max elevation 7, 000ft & climb rate of 500'/min?

In brief: Yes

The real risk in flying is if something happens, you have to find a place to land and find medical help.
It is a possible delay. There are many women who live at 7000 ft and are pregnant with no problems. Think vail, or in the rockies. Would discourage inside loops though :).
