Worldwide "hepatoma" is common (aphlatoxin exposure), rather uncmmon in us-associated with hepatitis b & c, cirrhosis of any cause. Best managed by surgery if resectable. Secondary cancer (from GI (stomach, colon, panc; breast: lung primaries) quite common.
