Exercise. Exercise regularly (both aerobic and strength) will help you burn off fat. Of course one must control the diet intake especially re to carb. Autoimmune diseases. Both myasthenia gravis and hashimoto's thyroiditis are autoimmune diseases, and they often occur together.
