In brief: Unlikely

Generally vitamin d deficiency causes no symptoms.
However some patients with vitamin d deficiency can have muscle aches.

In brief: Typically not

Although vitamin d is essential to a properly functioning body, it is not typically associated with pain.
Such pain in a 24 year old is probably muscular, but may be gastrointestinal or something completely different. Are you obese? If so, it may be related to your heart. If you get 15 to 30 minutes of sun a day (not face), you will eliminate a vitamin d deficiency. See doctor if pain persists.
