A few methods. There is no easy answer here but a few suggestions: 1. Swallow less air. This is best achieved by eating slower, not talking when eating, and eating less temperature hot foods (when food is hot we inhale a lot of air to cool it down) 2. If this doesn't help, simethicone (gas-x) can help dissolve gas particles and make gas easier to pass 3. If still a problem see a GI doctor or pcp.
