I have mirena (levonorgestrel) I missed my last period and have pregnancy symptoms but negative test could I be pregnant ?

Some women who have a Mirena (levonorgestrel) will stop having periods; and this is fine if the Mirena (levonorgestrel) is properly placed.
If your pregnancy test is negative after the time you were supposed to have your period, you may have just not ovulated with your last cycle. I would repeat the test in a few days or go to your doctor for a blood test.
