In brief: Male Hair Loss

The two treatments for androgenetic alopecia include rogaine (minoxidil) for men and the oral prescription propecia.
Both of these medications can help grow hair and retain hair that will be lost.

In brief: Not likely

You are already using Finasteride + Minoxidil which you hope will slow the loss of hair. How long? It takes 4 months to see result.
Most people do not get much new hair, but take them to help keep whatever hair they still have. A laser comb is advertized, but don't expect anything dramatic. Beyond that you are looking at transplant. Many men shave their heads & look great.
