Wouldn't lymphoma cause an increase in basophils, monocytes, and possibly eosphils in cbc? If these were all norm on CBC could someone still have it?

The CBC is USUALLY normal in lymphoma. If it's abnormal, usually it's an anemia.

In brief: CBC may be normal
The complete blood count (CBC) and differential does not prove or disprove lymphoma.

In brief: Depends
There are many kinds of lymphoma; some of them can be present (especially very early or very late) in the presence of a normal or near-normal cbc.
