If you have been pregnant successfully before then it could just be your own body's normal pattern.
If you have actively been trying to get pregnant for > 12 months and haven't ever been successful then you would need to be worked up for infertility along with your partner. Many factors can play into this including older age, partner's sperm count being low. But if more than 12 months get checked.
