Heart palpitationslasted over an hour second time in 2 months. I had an ekg-cmp-cbc-thyroid at gp all ok. Should I pursue this anymore? Or is it normal

Monitor. You might ask your doctor to put a portable monitor on you. It could be one of several heart rhythm changes that do not show up on a single ekg when you're not having symptoms. Your thyroid, CBC and cmp needed to be checked so it's good that they were. Next step is to try and capture the rhythm on a longer term monitor. All the best.

LUE numbness. Some relatively common conditions which can cause one sided arm numbness such as entrapment neuropathy and cervical radiculoapthy will not be detected on the tests you've mentioned. You can see a neurologist for an exam and a nerve study and (s)he will determine if additional diagnostic testing such as a cervical spine MRI or brain MRI is indicated.
