Fats can be good and bad.
Good fats are omega 3 (fish or plant based such as flax, soybeans, walnuts, krill), omega 9 which comes from other nuts, olive oil, and canola oil. Corn, safflower, etc are omega 6 which is not healthy since all animals are overfed this and destroys the omega 3 to omega 6 balance we need in our body. Saturated and trans fats are also bad.
