My lithium came back very low - 0.15 nmol/l (normal range says 0.5 - 1.2). Could this be the cause/conseuqence of my mood swings, depr, and anxiety?

In brief: Lithium Level

Lithium is a mood stabilizer and usually needs to be at therapeutic levels to help regulate the manic/depressive episodes.
The blood sample should be taken before the morning dose at the "trough" or the lowest level in the blood. Please speak to your mental health provider about possibly increasing your dose, as necessary.
