I believe I have bad anxiety. Feel out of place. Like my mind is not there. Lack of energy. Fatigue. Can't consistrate. Is there anything I can do?

Anxiety. Sometimes one can focus on what makes you anxious, and address the fears; sometimes a professional is the best way to go. Give it a chance to self -correct with a powerful dose of self-examination - if that doesn't do the trick, seek advice from a counsellor.
Depression/Anxiety. The difficulty with concentration, and lack of energy indicate depressive symptoms. It's also noted you have dizziness and dry mouth which are common to anxiety. I'm curious about the androstenedione an androgenic male hormone. Anyway, you should see a psychologist or psychiatrist for an accurate diagnosis. Depressive and anxiety disorders are readily treatable.
