Do benzodiazepines have any affect on tsh, t3, (liothyronine) t4, free t3, (liothyronine) free t4, or reverse T3 (liothyronine) levels? Will they affect my thyroid test results?

In brief: Sometimes

Benzos do not change basal secretion of TSH, but they do decrease the amount of TSH released by exposure to cold.
In one study, diazepam reduced affinity of nuclear T3 (liothyronine) binding. So benzos can have some theoretical effects, but it should not be enough to affect standard thyroid tests.

In brief: No they won't

By the way, many of your thyroid tests are worthless and unnecesssary.
The only ones needed are free T4 and tsh. The others aren't needed and can lead some doctors into making incorrect decisions about the thyroid.
