I have white clumpy discharge but no itching. Could this be a yeast infection even if no itching?

In brief: Yes

A white "cottage cheese-like" discharge is typical of a yeast infection.
Itching is not always present.

In brief: Could be

There are exceptions to almost everything and not everyone presents "classically.
" however, it might not be yeast either. Perhaps it is a bacterial infection like BV or a protozoa like trichomoniasis. I think it would be wise to schedule an exam with your doctor so that you can be properly diagnosed and treated.
