What should I be watching for in between appointments if I have a grade 3 placenta at 36 weeks?

In brief: Fetal movement

If the placenta is 'aging', it may not be providing as much oxygen & nutrients to the baby.
It's impossible for you to monitor things like the amniotic fluid index or the baby's weight. I'm sure your doctor is checking on these things. The most important thing for you to watch is your baby's movement. If your baby moves less than his/her 'normal' amount, you should call your doctor. Fetal kick cou.
