My gall bladder is partially contracted normal in outline&position. Two calculus of 1.99&1.58cm are seen. I have no pain in upper right abd. Advice pl

Do You Have Pain? The presence of gallstones in the absence of symptoms does not warrant gallbladder surgery. In fact, most people with "silent" gallstones will never develop symptoms, as high as 75% of the time. I advise my patients to be familiar with the symptoms of gallbladder disease and return if these develop. While surgery is safe and easy, it is not risk-free; in this situation , doing nothing is safest.
Elective removal. Once in diseased gall bladder stones are formed , will give trouble later part of life most of the time . If there is no medical contraindication , removal is the first option.
