My mom has backbone pain now a days she is suffering from gouty artritis what to do?

Back pain. Gout is an unusual cause of back pain. Much more common is degenerative arthritis, slipped disk, osteoporosis, or strain. In either case, over-the-counter ibuprofen, 2 or 3 tabs three times a day should help.
Two separate Dx. Gout would be an extremely rare cause of spine pain so i would suggest seeing a rheumatologist to get the gout under control. It is a very treatable disease. Then, there is the issue of back pain. I would start with her primary care physician as many types of back pain can be diagnosed quickly, sometimes without tests. The treatment depends entirely on the cause of the pain.
