In brief: Neck Bump

Any "bump" present this long needs further evaluation.
Most bumps due to infections of the upper respiratory tract resolve within a few weeks of the infection. A bump present longer than a couple of months needs urgent evaluation. Go see your doctor. You may need to see an ent.

In brief: Lymph nodes

It's hard to know what you mean by a "bump.
" if it just below the skin.. It could be an epidermal inclusion cyst. If it is deeper than the skin and larger than 2cm and you have had it for that long and/or the "bumps" are similar and deep... You need to get it checked out. Lyphoma is obviously what i would be concerned about the most... But you have provided limited information.
