In brief: See Dermatologist

All skin lesions have to be seen.
Describe them a little more, like shape, size, number of lesions what parts of the body are affected, your age, anything makes them worst or better, are they raised or flat, do they have blisters or pus, do they disappear in two weeks?

In brief: Yellow spots

As with any skin findings, these random yellow spots need to be examined along with a thorough history.
Possible causes would include xanthomas due to lipid disorder, seborrheic keratosis (benign pigmented wart-like skin tumors) or jaundice due to red blood cell destruction, gilbert's syndrome, diseases of the liver or biliary tract.
