In fact, many of fhe pregnancy tests used in a doctor's office are the same as those you can buy over the counter.

In brief: More accurate if +
A positive pregnancy test is almost always accurate that you are pregnant.
A negative test doesn't rule out pregnancy since it can be affected by how much fluids you have been drinking.
