Can I take Accutane for mild acne on oily skin?

Too strong. The stuff is pricey, unpleasant and not entirely risk-free. If your acne is confined to your face, ask your physician about a mix of topical benzoyl peroxide and topical clindamycin. Only the worst acne requires Isotretinoin / accutane.
