What will I get from sitting all day and I only stand when I need to pee and get some water and food? I pee frequent bcause of the water intake.

Physically weaker. In general, the less we do (less active) the weaker we will get. This becomes more of a problem as we get older. We do not get stronger by sitting and doing nothing. Weaker will mean increase risks of injury, and slower reovery if we get sick. Also, less actvities means we are burning less calories and consequently obesity if we eat more than what we burn off...
